Office Administrator


Shawlands / Paisley
We are looking to appoint a highly organised Office Administrator to join our busy South Side office in Glasgow and we also have an opportunity in our Paisley office.

Key Accountabilities

• Dealing with visitors and client inquiries

• Answering telephone calls

• Arranging appointments

• Filing

• Managing databases

• Implementing and maintaining administrative systems

• Preparing letters, presentations and reports

• Issuing reports on various platforms

Role Requirements

• Flexible and able to use initiative

• Accustomed to working to deadlines

• Can prioritise and manage a varied workload

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent communication skills

• IT skills

• Secretarial skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Works well under pressure

• Previous experience in an administration role

• Previous experience in the property industry would be advantageous

In this important role you will provide administrative support to the organisation across a range of areas with accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm manner when working under pressure.

Part-time secretary required for Cumbernauld Office - 2 days per week
You will have a good knowledge of administrative support, Microsoft applications and databases and must be competent in audio typing. You will be numerate and an effective communicator with a good telephone manner. A wide range of general office duties will also be undertaken.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Surveyor to join our North commercial Team, covering the Highlands & Moray region.

With two established offices in Inverness and Elgin, we are seeking an ambitious surveyor to develop the existing commercial footprint in the region, with the ability to grow a team as workflows develop.

The successful candidate would be based in the Highland capital, Inverness – considered to be one of the fastest growing cities in the UK and frequently placed in the top five most desirable places to live.
